        Yes, Ecotur Japan is affiliated with Ecotur Valencia, which is the school for languages, tourism, and cooking.

    - Can I work while studying in Spain?
        Yes, International students on a student visa can work in Spain during their studies and earn an extra income. You can work part-time in             Spain with a student visa, no more than 30 hours per week while pursuing your studies in Spain.

    - Can I bring relatives with me?
        Yes, your relatives, when included in the requirements of the Spanish Government, can stay with you legally during the length of your                   studies.

4. Schedule and Duration of Courses

    - What is the duration of each language course?

        The duration of courses ranges from 2 weeks to 3 months, but customized courses are available based on our clients' needs.

    - How often are the cooking courses conducted?

        Start dates depend on the course duration and the academic calendar for the current year. Please check the start dates on our course details page.

    - Can I view the schedule for upcoming courses?

        Yes, start dates are available on the general details of the courses.

 

5. Enrolment and Registration for Courses

    - How can I enrol in a language course?

        After choosing the desired start date, contact us through the course link. You'll need to pay the reservation fee. Once the minimum number of students is reached, we will issue a payment letter for the course cost. Payments are exclusively made via bank transfer.

    - How far in advance should I register for a cooking course?

        For one and three-month courses, 60 days in advance are usually sufficient. For 12 and 24-month courses, as a student visa is required, we recommend a minimum of 40 days.

    - Are there any prerequisites for enrolling in a course?

        You must be over 18 years old.

    Japanese students will use public transportation to get to the school.

- What facilities are available at the course location?

    The facilities include theoretical study rooms and kitchens for practical sessions.

 

7. Language Instructors and Cooking Chefs

- What qualifications do language instructors have?

    All of them are qualified and experienced teachers.

- Who are the professional chefs teaching the cooking courses?

    The cooking course instructors vary depending on the level of the student groups.

- Can I know the background of the instructors or chefs before enrolling?

    Yes. Once the enrollment and course payment process is completed, all students will receive a dossier with details of the curriculum, specific course dates, materials, and the teaching staff.

 

8. Payments and Refunds

- What are the payment options for course fees?

    All payments will be made via bank transfer to a Japanese entity.

- Is there a refund policy for course cancellations?

    The 12 and 24-month courses are refundable (excluding management fees) if the student does not obtain the visa. The rest of the courses are non-refundable.

- Are there additional costs not included in the course fees?

    It is recommended to purchase study books for Spanish courses. Apart from that, there are no extra costs.

 

9. Accommodation and Travel Recommendations

- Can you recommend accommodations near the course location?

    Yes. If there are vacancies, students will stay in beachfront apartments. Otherwise, we will find accommodation near the school.

- Are there travel tips for participants coming from outside Valencia?

    Once enrollment and payment are complete, students will receive a document package that includes public transportation information, tips, and personal use materials.

 

10. Health and Safety Measures

- What health and safety protocols are implemented during the courses?

    Protocols for group activities will be followed, and in cooking courses, protocols for the use of facilities and kitchen equipment will be taught.

- Do I need to bring specific items for health and safety reasons?

    No, it is not necessary.
