Our vocational training (FP) cycle in cooking, along with our master's programs in kitchen and restaurant management, are designed to enhance students' technical skills and broaden their culinary knowledge.
The main objective is to provide students with the latest culinary management techniques, including ingredient preparation, table coordination, buffet preparation, cooking techniques, menu design, and creation, among other aspects. This allows students to expand their possibilities of entering the professional world of cooking and pastry.
Through our educational program, students can learn from the most basic to the most advanced and cutting-edge culinary techniques in the world. From day one, the understanding of concepts explained in preparatory classes is reinforced through daily kitchen training.
During culinary training, students can delve into key cutting techniques, cooking methods, and the preparation of basic sauces. Over time, skill refinement becomes more challenging, but understanding the fundamentals of ingredients, necessary storage concepts, and an understanding of the history of current culinary techniques further deepen training comprehension.
Therefore, throughout the academic year, students not only acquire theoretical knowledge but also learn techniques to function and work as valuable members in the professional world, playing important roles.
Spain has established itself as a popular tourist destination, not only in Europe (the most visited region by tourists worldwide) but also globally. Until reaching a record 126.2 million visitors in 2019, Spain received over 100 million foreign tourists each year.
This figure represents more than double the total population of Spain, which reached 47.4 million in the same year. Therefore, the tourism industry has become one of the mainstays of the Spanish economy. Between 2010 and 2019, the gross value added (GVA) of the industry related to accommodation and food services in Spain increased by 24%, exceeding 70 billion euros.
The growth of the tourism and restaurant industry has led us to promote the training of professionals with master's degrees in cooking, hotel or restaurant management, and programs that grant graduation certificates in Europe. Since 2014, our goal has been to expand academic opportunities in the hotel and gastronomic sector of the Valencian Community.
Over these six years, around a thousand students have graduated from our school, acquiring high-level knowledge and experience that has made them valuable members of this industry.
We have a track record supporting these data. Join us to learn and receive the best training, and become a professional in the industry.
