Since 2014, our goal has been to expand the academic possibilities in the hotel and gastronomy sector in the Valencian Community.
We are proud to say that eight years later, over 900 students have graduated from our school, entering the workforce with solid and quality training, accessing high-level and responsible positions.

1 Month
100 hours of classes
Cooking Essentials
The perfect option to learn and practice the Spanish language, discover the art of cooking Spanish dishes such as paella, Spanish omelette, meats, and rice... all while enjoying your vacation and exploring the city and beaches.
Guided tours and tastings of local dishes and wines are included. Classes run from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 14:00, at the Ecotur Valencia classrooms. After classes, if there are no scheduled activities, there is time for a swim in the sea or some tapas at the bar.
Price per student: €2990

3 Months

Mini Master
Course designed for cooking enthusiasts, professionals, and advanced-level hobbyists. In addition to enhancing and practicing the Spanish language, this course will provide techniques and procedures to improve and elevate the skills of the students. All techniques learned are applicable in their workplaces. The course curriculum can be adapted to the students' needs and includes extracurricular activities.
Price per student: €4990
Minimum number of students per group: 6

MASTER
In Spanish Cuisine
12 Months
Course corresponding to the official European qualification, condensed into 12 months of theoretical and practical education, but without the internship. You still can WORK while studying within the capabilities of your student visa
If you already have a culinary education, have completed internships, or have work experience and want to consolidate your knowledge in Spanish cuisine, this is the best course for you.
In 12 months, you will receive the same thematic training as in the Official course. Advance in your workplace or enhance the service you provide to your clients.
Price per student: €9990. Minimum number of students: 1.

Official Diploma
24 Months
With Internship
Our most comprehensive course, giving you access to the official Professional Training qualification from the Ministry of Education, valid throughout the European Union territory.
WORK while studying within the capabilities of your Student Visa.
You will learn cutting-edge culinary techniques, taught by a select and experienced faculty, and practice them in the best restaurants and hotels during the internship period. During the Internship, you will also be paid.
After receiving your qualification, you will enter the restaurant industry job market with an advantage over others, and you can access better job positions or start your own business. The limit is set by you.
Price per student: €18990.
Minimum number of students: 1.

Included in the Course Price
To facilitate access to our courses and with the aim of providing the best service, we have included these benefits in our educational programs.
Registration & Taxes Included
The enrollment and administrative costs, as well as the consumption tax (10%), are included in the price of the courses and programs.

The 30 and 90-day courses are non-refundable, and the payment will be one-time and complete.
​
The 12 and 24-month courses are refundable, except for the administrative fees (*600).
The payment for the 12-month course will be one-time and complete.

The payment for the 24-month course will be made in two installments. The first payment of 12990, and the second payment, at the beginning of the second year, of 6000.
Accommodation Included
Ecotur Valencia will manage the accommodation for the students.
From October 1st to May 30th, it will be possible (if available) to stay in the apartments located on the beachfront in Port Saplaya.

These luxurious apartments are fully equipped, featuring a fully functional kitchen, three bedrooms with double beds, bathroom and toilet, living room, appliances, and can accommodate 6 people in each apartment.
Their availability is subject to usage and the selected season.
Internship Included
The 12 and 24-month courses include a period of internships in companies within the sector, which are paid. Students will receive a monthly payment, one daily meal included, and may stay in accommodations provided by those hotels or restaurants.
The details and final conditions for each student will depend on the selection of the company where the internships will take place.
It is possible to carry out internships in any area of the European territory. Contact us for more information.

Spanish Lessons Included
During the first days of the courses, students will attend Spanish language classes specially designed for work in a professional kitchen. Specific vocabulary for products, techniques, and utensils, as well as the most common orders used by chefs, will be covered. The 12 and 24-month courses offer a more thorough and comprehensive study of the language.
Extracurricular Activities Included
After classes and during the weekends, Ecotur has prepared a selection of tourist and gastronomic activities for the students.
- Visit to the Dominio de La Vega winery.
- Guided tour of Historic Valencia.
- Lunch at La Albufera, at the "Ravatxol" restaurant.
- Visit to the Valencia CF stadium, El Mestalla.
- Optional scuba diving experience (150€).
Optional Airport Pickup
Ecotur Japan will organize a complimentary airport pickup service for students enrolled in the 12 and 24-month courses. For student groups attending the 30 and 90-day courses, due to the group size, a fee will be required. We will strive to keep this fee as low as possible, but it will depend on conditions such as the season, time of arrival, number of students, etc.
In certain cases, it may require an additional payment.
SIM Card Included
It is important to maintain connection with relatives, and for this reason, all students will receive a prepaid SIM card, enabling them to access mobile phone services. This way, they can avoid the costs associated with using their phones in roaming. The cards come with an initial balance, and students will have the option to recharge their credit as needed.
Public Transportation Card Included
All students will receive a Public Transport card that they can use to commute from their accommodation to the Ecotur classrooms. In the case of students enrolled in the 30 and 90-day courses, the cards will display a balance that will allow them to make two trips per day on weekdays.
