We explain here the process of booking and payment for the courses.

Payment Method
 

- The reservation fee is paid in Yen (JPY).

- The course tuition fee is paid in Euros (€), or its equivalent in Yen (JPY) on the payment day.

- We always use bank transfer to a Japanese bank as the payment method. This ensures simplicity and general understanding for payments, refunds, and economic transactions.

Types of Payments

​

1. Reservation Fee:

   - All courses require a reservation fee, expressing the clear intention of the student to enroll in a specific course.

   - Since courses require a minimum of 6 participants, this fee is necessary.

 

2. Course Tuition:

   - Once the group has reached or exceeded 6 students, the full tuition payment period opens. This must be made within the dates indicated by Ecotur Japan.

   

Payment Peculiarity for 24-Month Courses:

- The amount is divided into two payments.

  - First payment of €12,990.

  - Second payment of €6,000 to be made before the start of the second year of studies. This second payment will be managed directly by Ecotur Valencia.

 

Refunds and Returns

 

1. Reservation Fee Refund:

   - Possible under these conditions:

     - If the student cancels the reservation within a week from the payment date and before 30 calendar days before the course start date.

     - IMPORTANT: If payment is made within 30 calendar days before the course starts, it is non-refundable.

     - When the course group does not reach the minimum number of students, the student can choose to reserve a place on other dates at          no additional cost or claim the initial amount's refund.

     - If Ecotur Japan cancels the course for reasons beyond the company's control or due to an inability to provide the service.

 

2. Refund for 1 and 3-Month Courses:

   - Once confirmed and paid, not refundable under any circumstances due to the management workload and course duration.

 

3. Refund for 12 and 24-Month Courses:

   - Possible to refund the course cost except for management fees (€650) only when the student receives a negative response to their student visa application.

   - To receive a refund, it is essential to present the embassy's resolution denying the visa.

   - Transfer costs for refunds will be borne by the student.

 

Class Size for Language Courses:

- Minimum 6 students, maximum 24.

 

After Course Payment:

- For 1 and 3-month courses, once the course fee is paid, Ecotur Japan will send a documentation package with course information, accommodation details, public transportation information, access to the study center, and city maps, both physical and digital.

- For 12 and 24-month courses, Ecotur Japan will issue a payment receipt, enrollment certificate, and accommodation certificate for the student to submit with their student visa application. After obtaining the visa, Ecotur Japan will send the same documentation package as for 1 and 3-month courses.

- In both cases, students will receive details of their accommodation and related information.
