Cooking School
Ecotur Valencia offers a wide range of courses in Cooking, Catering, Kitchen Management, Hotel Management, and Tourism.
The qualifications obtained in cooking courses can be official or unofficial but practically valid.
The list and diversity of courses and levels provide access to a wide variety of students, from 18-year-olds pursuing official studies to become High School Cooks, to those interested in short courses to explore the field, professionals looking to implement new techniques, and cooking enthusiasts wanting to learn more during their vacations.
Ecotur's teaching staff has years of work and educational experience, trained in cutting-edge techniques, ready to share their knowledge with students.
Classes are held at Ecotur Valencia and the kitchen of Hotel Olympia, from 9 am to 2 pm with breaks during teaching hours. Long-term courses also include internships in restaurants, hotels, and resorts, which are paid.

Language School
In the Language School, you can learn Spanish in classes of no less than 6 students, with special attention to practice and active language use, access to interactions with natives, in a friendly and positive environment, and with free extracurricular activities.
Ecotur's teaching staff is native and has academic training and experience in teaching Spanish to international students.
Courses not only offer quality academic training based on the best curriculum for A1 and A2 levels with Paper Boat Books' "Hablemos" but also an unparalleled complete experience.
Classes are held at Ecotur Valencia, from 9 am to 2 pm with breaks during teaching hours.
On non-teaching days, Ecotur organizes visits to wineries, restaurants, historical sites in Valencia, visits to Valencia CF's football field, among other activities.

Ecotur is an official Vocational Training Center of the Conselleria and the Ministry of Education in Valencia, offering Intermediate Degree in Cooking and Gastronomy, Higher Degree in Kitchen Management, and Higher Degree in Tourist Accommodation Management. This vocational training boasts 100% employability.
CUISINE
Our best-selling course is the 2-year Official course, consisting of 2000 hours over 2 years. DUAL Professional Training: 6 months of on-site training at Ecotur and 4 months of paid internships in collaborating hotels and restaurants, in both the first and second years.
LANGUAGE
