Experience And Approach
I am an Operational Process Analyst specialized in international teams
in Japan.

MY BACKGROUND
I have an educational background in Health Science, which provides the foundation for my analytical thinking. For more than 20 years I have been evaluating and analyzing a variety of businesses locally and internationally, from non-profit organizations (NPO) and small businesses to large companies.

I have work experience and analysis experience across multiple sectors: health, restoration, aeronautical maintenance, education, children care, disability care, hospitality and tourism, security and safety, IT, and more.

My experience in Japanese business environments has given me specific understanding of:
• How Japanese business culture creates specific challenges for
international teams
• How indirect communication patterns can create misunderstandings
• How hierarchical structures can slow down decision-making
• How cultural differences can create operational friction
This experience allows me to identify problems that others miss because they're normalized, unspoken, or culturally invisible.
MY APPROACH
I enjoy learning, and I enjoy finding solutions to real life issues. My approach is very practical, simplifying systems, and reducing the source of an issue to the very basic elements.

To do my job as analyst, I take into consideration not only data, but also the human dynamics, processing it with a system that improves the efficiency of the work.
It is important to me to have a flexible and humble approach to any topic or job that I analyze. There is always something to learn, there is always room for improvement. For this approach, critical thinking is the
fundamental tool to acquire neutral and unbiased data. Then it is possible to integrate the data to a specific sociocultural environment.

ATTENTION TO DETAIL
During the process of an analysis, one of the most important abilities to have is finding details. Finding the details that are the modifiers to the customer experience.
I usually have in mind the statement from Francis Atterbury, who by the 18th century said:
"It is attention to detail that makes the difference between average and stunning"
